We offer Hand Carved Services for
Tire Tread Designs. Anything from motorcycle to golf cart to
light truck to earth mover treads and belts! Our customers supply
us with a flat layout, to scale, of their design pitches and
we overlay the design to the tires per their pitch sequence.
Once to tires are laid out our carvers got to work to hand carve
the designs. Most tires are for testing purposes only but we
also do “Show Tires” with unique designs for automotive
and motorcycle shows with all cutting lines buffed out. |
